About Us

We are Bob and Debbie Chapman. We have been together since 1976. We dated for a while and got married in September, 1978. We’ll be 30 this year and in love as much today as that first day. We are blessed with two beautiful and wonderful daughters, Danielle age 26 and Kimberley age 19. Danielle is a teacher and Kimmy is in her second year of college. We have a terrific family. Arman and Fran Cirulli are my father-in-law and mother-in-law and I have been their “son” since day one. As “parents” they have been a God-send in so many ways. I have a younger brother in New York with his wife, kids and grandchildren. I have six other brothers and sisters, Joe, Dan, Mike, Linda, Ro and Crissy. We dropped the “-in-law” 30 years ago. Everyone is in Gainesville except Crissy, but she’s close. I spent 32 years in law enforcement serving my communities. The first 22 years were for the Sheriff’s Office in Elmira, NY. The last almost ten years were with the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office. During all of my years I have had several background investigations done by local law enforcement, state law enforcement, governors and senators, and FBI. My record is squeaky clean. I graduated from the FBI National Academy, FDLE Senior Leadership Program, numerous criminal justice programs and am finishing my bachelor degree even now. Thanks for taking the time to read the truth.
