State Attorney Bill Cervone Letter #1

I thank our state attorney, Bill Cervone for not wanting to proceed criminally as I had no intent. It has been said by me many times that I did not read the title and paid what they told me to pay. To the good fortune of our community, Mr. Cervone is a fair man and made a fair and unbiased decision regarding this case.

One thing, I think Mr. Cervone did not realize when he wrote this letter was my check to the tax collector was in the amount of $175.85 and not $65 as the FDLE summary indicates. It is possible he would have been even more generous with his comments then as he was with his second letter, that follows this correspondence.
