The documents that will display are people who worked with me at the jail with the exception of Mike Kittel who worked in another ACSO department:

I have to make reference to each of the above statements as they begin to appear. Keep in mind some things about each of these people.

Gallagher wanted me to falsify a leave slip to get her 4o hours of annual leave restored to her; she had been given a lawn mower by me; she had been given extended lunches with her co workers frequently and on days before holidays, permission to leave early. This list could go on for a while.

Cloutier’s interview was full of misinformation that he either thought he knew or Withey believed he knew.

Keith was resistant to any change from past practice.

The above three employees were remnants of the previous county commission administration not embrace in its entirety, the policies and philosophy of a law enforcement (sheriff’s office) agency. Kittel was an ACSO detective who had been hired by FDLE. Shortly after my departure, Kittel was rehired to ACSO by this new sheriff!

As you read, I know you will ask yourself why these people didn’t ask questions before if all these things were bothering them. The only person who had any honesty was Charlie Lee. But then, Charlie Lee would call and we would discuss his concerns.
