My ACSO Transcript

This is the statement or rather transcript of my sheriff’s office interview with Withey. Also present was my attorney and Huckstep. In all of my years, I never knew a commander to sit in on an interview. Never in all my years did something like this occur. His presence was an attempt at intimidation.

I prepared a four page statement for inclusion in this interview as a part of the official transcript. You will note that I mentioned it more than once. Now remember the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office summary where that was an “oh, by the way” document that was not even considered. You will also note that this transcript was twisted to the extent they all took the FDLE interview as gospel and this interview as nothing more than a pack of lies.

My responses here were absolutely truthful and were in part an attempt to set the record straight from that first interview with FDLE.
