This is a feel good area. One of the things I have always enjoyed is relating other people’s written thoughts and words and incorporating them into my interaction with staff. I have read lots of books on leadership, management, motivation and the like and have always shared it all with the people I worked with over the years. I did nothing less with the people at the sheriff’s office. With some it stuck and with others it was “in one ear and out the other” as they say. Interesting reading and I will from time to time add others.
