"If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything."
Former Major Robert E. Chapman of
            the Alachua County Sheriff's Office
lights up the truth of his case
            and exposes their spin.
Case Summary

You will see a lot of documents that are in a PDF format and some pages are good quality and some are not so good. I will tell you, the photo copies that I obtained from the sheriff’s office were of exactly the poor quality that you will see. I was able to scan them but a scan is only as good as the copies you have to work with. Interestingly, the photo copier they used was the one I had contracted for at the jail and I never recall seeing copies this bad. Don’t be discouraged; they can be read, but it’s not a product I would submit had I been making the photo copies.

These documents and statements are in individual categories with the exception of the photo copies. They are in alphabetical order in the Documents Index section.

Some personal information on these photo copies has been purposely redacted by me and does not affect the content presented, only the persons or account numbers that would otherwise be a part of original documents.
